Certified Organic Cornmeal

Cornmeal is a mixture of the corn “flour” and the grit. This is a medium texture cornmeal, that leads to a nice bite and mouthfeel. Since the small grits are mixed with a significant amount of corn flour, this cornmeal lends itself perfectly to cornbread.
