Cucumber, Persian- Persian cucumbers are very thin skinned, non-bitter, seedless cucumbers. They are very delicate which allows for their crisp texture to shine through. Great in salads, quick pickles, and raw with hummus or other dips. For best storage, wrap cucumbers in paper towel and place inside a sealed zip-top bag. This provides plenty of humidity, but minimizes water accumulation, which leads to rot. Consume within three days.
